At Emergent Investors we operate with short term rentals (with tourist license) and seasonal rental contracts (without a tourist license).
We do not operate with long term rental contracts.Â
Short Term Stays (less than 30 days): 20% + VAT
Monthly Stays (more than 30 days): 15% + VAT

Our Property Management fee includes the following services:
